Dan Crandall, CPA, CA

Mr. Crandall serves as Vice President of Finance at Cardiol Therapeutics. He joined Cardiol in January 2019, previously serving as Director of Finance. Prior to joining Cardiol, Mr. Crandall spent more than six years with Marrelli Support Services Inc., where he provided Chief Financial Officer, director, accounting, regulatory compliance, and management advisory services, to numerous issuers listed on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, CSE, and other international exchanges. In that role, he served as Chief Financial Officer and director of numerous small to mid-cap reporting issuers, advised senior management and boards on financial reporting, operational, strategic, and capital markets matters.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Crandall spent more than five years with Collins Barrow Toronto LLP, where he managed public company audits and advised clients on audit, tax, reporting, and operational matters. Mr. Crandall is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant and holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University.
